Director By Night

I have worked with Anthony Giacchino on a few great projects over the years, and this BTS (Behind The Scenes) piece was not without its challenges, but mostly this was a pure joy and an inside family project. Anthony’s brother Michael, an Oscar winning composer for UP (among many others!), is also a horror film director! This documentary profiled Michael’s directorial debut as he made Werewolf by Night, while also exploring his life as a kid making Super 8 movies and how he became such a force in the film business! We spent some time filming with him on the actual film set of Werewolf by Night in Atlanta, and in his parent’s suburban home in southern New Jersey. A real treat!
